Please fill out this form before November 14th if your child WILL NOT be participating in our Summer recital in order to prevent an auto-draft of costume fees. Costume fees are non-refundable and this form must be filled out to have the fee deleted before cards are drafted November 15th. If you later change your mind, we cannot guarantee a costume will be in stock so it is best to order the costumes if there is any chance you will be performing.
By filling out this form, you are agreeing to come audition from 12:00-3:00pm on Saturday, November 2nd at our Cameron Studio. Times will be divided up by the number of students auditioning with each dance and specific details will be sent about a week before the audition. Dancers will learn choreography from a video at home and then perform the choreography in person at the audition. You must be available for every show. Dress rehearsals will be the week of June 2nd and performances will be June 7th.
